Do I need an existing account with rinkit.com.au to register on Rinkit Wholesale?

No, an account on rinkit.com.au isn’t required to sign up for Rinkit Wholesale. However, if you’ve previously ordered from rinkit.com.au, it may help us verify your trade eligibility faster.

I’ve signed up for a trade account but can’t see any prices — what should I do?

Trade pricing and ordering become available once your account is approved by a Trade Account Representative. We aim to process applications within one working day and will contact you using the phone number you provided.

How do I reset my password?

You don't need a password to log into Rinkit Wholesale—a verification code will be sent to your email address to log in.

How can I contact my account manager?

Our Account Managers are available Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM at trade.australia@rinkit.com.

How do I close my account?

If you no longer require your account, please email trade.australia@rinkit.com with your request, and a Trade Representative will help you close it.

Stock & Availability

A product I want is out of stock. When will it be available?

High demand can cause some items to sell out. Your Account Manager can provide estimated restock dates, or you can sign up for stock notifications to be alerted when an item is available again.

Orders & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch all trade orders as promptly as possible. Shipping is free for business addresses in Metro Melbourne, while orders to other locations are charged at cost. Rest assured, your order will be delivered swiftly.

How do I track my order?

Once dispatched, you will receive an email with a unique tracking number from our courier. You can also contact your Account Manager for tracking information.

Payment & Billing

What payment options do you offer?

We accept many payment methods at checkout, including:

  • Debit & Credit Cards
  • American Express (AMEX)
  • Apple Pay
  • PayPal

Can I get a Pro-forma invoice and pay by bank transfer?

Yes. If you prefer to pay via bank transfer (BACS), please contact your Account Manager to request a Pro-forma invoice.

Do you offer credit accounts?

We don't offer trade credit accounts at this time, but your Account Manager will let you know if this changes.

When will I receive my tax invoice?

Tax invoices are sent via email within 24 hours of dispatch. If you don’t receive your invoice in that time frame, please get in touch with your Account Manager or email trade.australia@rinkit.com.
